Connect Your Lead Profiles
Connect each tenant-owned profile with permission. Google Business Profile can search Google Maps by business name and address, then save the selected listing. Connected channels can receive tenant-isolated live lead events without refreshing the page.
Dashboard Appearance
Choose a high-contrast light or dark theme. Light mode uses dark readable text. Dark mode uses white and light readable text.
Company Data Backup
Exports apply only to the signed-in company account and never include another tenant’s information.

Custom Shared Dashboard URL
Choose your dashboard link handle and grant menu-section access before sharing. The shared dashboard uses the same Lead Flow design, sidebar, tabs, filters, analytics, and PDF reporting. You decide whether Profile and Settings can be viewed or remain locked.
Anyone with this URL can open the permitted read-only dashboard sections without signing up. Refresh the link after changing permissions or workspace data. Shared sections remain view-only, and connector secrets plus private endpoint values are never included.

Account and Channel Pause Controls
Pause the entire account without blocking login, or select multiple connected channels to pause while keeping the remaining channels active. Paused channels keep their saved profiles and historical leads but stop receiving new real-time leads until activated.
